Terms & Conditions:

1E-commerce does not comes with payment gateway integration, unless, otherwise stated. Helpdesk support from Monday to Friday 8 - 5pm only.
2One user package, onsite maintenance from Monday to Friday, 8 - 5 pm only, limited to one  incident  t per year.
3Onsite maintence from Monday - Friday, 8 - 5pm only, limited to 4 service trip per year, coverage area limited 1 point/location, additional access points needed for more coverage areas.
4SMS based on top up mode, at least 500SMS per top up. 3 working days needed for top up process.
5Onsite maintence from Monday - Friday, 8 - 5pm only, limited to 4 service trip per year.
6Training location at iCELL office, U.P 2 hours. Onsite training can be arranged at additional $80. Subjects to availablilty of trainer.

*To qualify:

The applicant must be a local SME with:

  • at least 30% local shareholding.
  • less than S$15 million fixed assests.
  • less than 200 employees (applicable to non-manufacturing sector only).
  • The applicant does not already own a website.
  • The purchase includes website or web page development for the business.
  • The applicant has never claimed under initiative before.

The subsidy covers any of the items below, capped at $2000 per SME.

  • 80% of monthly broadband subscription charges for 12 months.
  • 80% of monthly hosting and website maintenance for 12 months.
  • 80% of website development charges.
